Shipping Seasonal Concepts ships standard size items via UPS. We will arrange for other carriers as needed for oversized items - these items are noted "please call to order" so that we may arrange delivery and provide you accurate shipping charges.
Shipping Charges
If via UPS: The shipping charge for a standard size item that is shipped via UPS will be based on exact UPS real-time rates with no additional handling charges.
Large items: Our customer service team will collect competitive bids from multiple shippers to secure the lowest rate for your specific order. The shipping charge for non-standard size items will be based on the actual cost as determined by competitive bids subject to a maximum of 15% of your total order. Customer service will make shipping arrangements with you by phone or email.
Many large items require "White Glove" delivery in addition to standard shipping charges; customer service will inform you of which items require white glove delivery. White glove service is a flat fee of $125 per order.
Example: let's say you buy $1000 of furniture and the competitive bid is $200 for shipping, Our maximum freight rate of 15% of the $2000 would be applied for a total shipping cost of $150.

Taxes Seasonal Concepts collects state tax for all online orders delivered to Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Texas and Wisconsin. Taxes collected will be the current state sales tax rate.
